ALLEN PARK, Mich. (WXYZ) -- Lions quarterback was throwing passes in the open portion of Thursday's practice. Stafford had the pinkie finger and index finger on his throwing hand taped up.
He did not throw any passes during the open portion of Wednesday's practice.
Stafford's hand was injured during last Sunday's loss to the Ravens. Stafford left the game to get X-rays -- which came back negative.
This isn't the first time Stafford has had to play with an injured hand. Last season, he played with a dislocation and torn ligament in his hand.
