The Pistons decision to move downtown dominated the news on Tuesday, but the last thing spoken at the press conference could bring some more major attention to the city of Detroit.
NBA Commissioner Adam Silver was asked about the chances the Pistons could host an All-Star Game.
Silver said it "would be great" to bring an All-Star Game back to the city, and the move "greatly enhances" Detroit's chances.
The NBA generally likes to target new arenas when it comes to All-Star Games.
The Pistons will move into Little Caesars Arena for the upcoming 2017-18 season.
