SeatGeek developed a tool to help Tigers fans increase their chances of seeing a homerun for the best price.
The ticket marketplace had content analysts put together an interactive heat map by looking at every home run hit at Comerica in 2016, combined with internal ticketing data (average price of a ticket in each seating section), and discovered the top spot at Comerica Park is Section 104, in right-center field.
There were 208 home runs at Comerica Park during the 2016 baseball season.
Few ballparks saw a bigger increase in home runs in 2016 than Comerica Park, which saw 55 more long balls than in the 2015 season. Only Chase Field and Busch Stadium saw bigger jumps.
