(WXYZ) -- Michigan defenseman Cameron York and goaltender Strauss Mann, as well as Michigan State defenseman Dennis Cesana were selected to the Preseason All-Big Ten First Team, the conference announced Monday.
Mann was previously named 2020 Big Ten Goaltender of the Year.
Michigan forward Johnny Beecher and Michigan State forward Mitch Lewandowski were among players named to the Second Team. Honorable Mention selections included Michigan defenseman Owen Power.
Also Monday, the Wolverines were picked to finish second in the Big Ten preseason coaches' poll. Michigan State was picked sixth and Minnesota was selected as the preseason favorite.
