(WXYZ) -- The Michigan High School Athletic Association confirmed Friday the 11-player state football finals will remain at Ford Field in Detroit for 2020.
Games will be played December 4 and 5.
The MHSAA initially held off on finalizing a 2020 championship location due to uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic.
Ford Field, which opened in 2002, has hosted the MHSAA 11-player Football Finals annually since 2005.
The MHSAA also announced Friday that the 2020 8-player Football Finals will be played November 28 in Midland.
