DETROIT (WXYZ) — The Lions honored Tigers legend Lou Whitaker at their home opener, just weeks after his jersey retirement ceremony at Comerica Park.
Whitaker said he recalls watching Barry Sanders, calling him "the man." The Tigers great has high hopes for the Lions this season.
