Former Detroit Pistons forward Jason Maxiell is playing basketball in China.
His latest game nearly turned into a boxing match.
Maxiell, who is playing for the Tianjin Gold Lions, was fouled in the back of the head. When he turned around to confront Shandong center Wu Ke, Maxiell took a swing.
Wu Ke ran the other way.
In what turned into a wild goose chase, Maxiell sprinted after Ke until former NBA forward Michael Beasley restrained him.
