Nine-time PGA Tour winner Brandt Snedeker is coming to Detroit.

The Rocket Mortgage Classic received a commitment from the 38-year old, who last played in Michigan during the 2008 PGA Championship at Oakland Hills.

Snedeker has three top-10 finishes in 18 events this season. He fired a 60 at the RBC Canadian Open on his way to a fourth-place finish last week.

Last year, he fired a 59 to open the Wyndham Championship. He won the event at Sedgefield Country Club, which is the only other Donald Ross-designed course played regularly on the PGA Tour with Detroit Golf Club.
