LANSING Over a dozen teens learned how to tell their story through photography with the MSU Writing Center last fall. With goals of improving literacy through photography and giving teens a voice for activism using photographs, teens met with writers and photographers at REACH and left armed with cameras, tablets and ideas. Teens returned a month later to edit photos and select prints to be featured in this gallery show. Join us in the REACH gallery on Friday, February 12th at 7pm to see the final works selected and to learn more about what teens are hungry for.

While you’re there, enter for a chance to win this beautiful ceramic tile mosaic by Mason artist Doug DeLind. Raffle tickets are $20 each and all proceeds go to benefit REACH's facility project. You may purchase as many tickets as you would like (no more than 165 total tickets will be sold) and you do not need to be present to win. The winner will be responsible for picking up or artwork delivery. Go here to purchase raffle tickets by Feb 12 or until tickets are sold out: http://ow.ly/XnyxX
