On March 10 Jason Bauer, head boys varsity basketball coach at Williamston High School, underwent surgery to remove Glioblastoma tumors on his brain.

On March 30 Jason arrived in Texas to starting his battle against the Glioblastoma cancerous tumors. The GBM’s found on Jason’s brain are grade 4 which means they are the most aggressive form.

Jason is in a battle for his life and he needs your help. As a husband and dad to 4 kids Jason will not be able to work for at 3 months and possibly more. The treatment Jason is undergoing is not covered by insurance and will put a great burden on Jason and his family.

To help the Bauer family bear the cost of Jason’s treatment an account has been opened up at 5/3 bank under the name of Bauer Strong. You can contribute to this account by stopping at a 5/3 bank and contributing to Bauer Strong. Or you can send contributions to “Bauer Strong” at 4400 n. Williamston Mi. 48895. You can follow Jason’s progress on Facebook.
