There will be free overnight parking at specific locations in downtown East Lansing to encourage safe rides home on Saint Patrick's Day.
Free parking will be available at the following locations in the downtown area starting Friday, March 17 at 10:00 p.m. through Saturday, March 18 at noon.
- Evergreen Avenue Parking Lot, 275 Evergreen Ave. (behind Peoples Church)
Meters Only; Entrance on Evergreen Avenue
- Dublin Square Lot, 311 Albert Ave.
Entrance on Albert Avenue
- East Lansing City Hall's West Lot, 415 Abbot Road
Public parking spaces only; Entrance on west side of Abbot Road
- Bailey Street Parking Garage, 126 Bailey St.
Public parking spaces only; Entrance on east side of Bailey Street, between Grand River Avenue and Albert Avenue
