Fall is just around the corner and that means the holiday season isn't far behind.
UPS is preparing for a busy holiday season with a hiring blitz.
On Monday, the company announced it plans on hiring 100,000 seasonal employees.
Most of the positions will be for package handlers, drivers and driver-helpers.
No word yet on how much the positions will pay.
UPS says it expects to hire more than a third of its seasonal workers permanently after the holidays.
