A former University of Michigan assistant gymnastics coach is facing charges of indecent exposure, according to court officials.
Scott Vetere has apparently stepped down from his position following allegations of indecent conduct with an 18-year-old student. He is accused of engaging in sexual activity in a parked car with the student.
According to the University, Vetere was suspended earlier this month after officials first learned about the alleged incident.
Vetere has been charged with indecent exposure and faces up to 90 days in jail.
The student is also facing charges and is due in court next month.
