Spike TV's new original series Waco is coming out soon. It covers the infamous 1993 FBI siege of a religious compound in Texas. Lindsey Granger has three similar true-life series you can binge-watch now.
1. The People v. O. J. Simpson
The 2016 FX series goes beyond the trial itself and dives into what we never knew about the personal lives of the legal teams. The compelling behind the scenes dealings on both sides of the court make it worth the binge.
2. Narcos
The series debuted in 2015 and tells the story of one of the world's most dangerous men, billionaire and drug lord Pablo Escobar. The man who ordered the death of thousands of people and supplied 80 percent of the cocaine smuggled into the United States. Narcos is told through the lens of both Pablo and the Drug Enforcement Administration agents trying to capture him. Fans loved it because Netflix has already ordered 3 more seasons.
3. Houdini
The 2014 History Channel miniseries finds the human being behind the magician as he defies death through his stunts, finds fame and works as a spy. It even won a few Primetime Emmy awards and is worth the binge!
