A suspected serial rapist waived his right to a preliminary hearing Tuesday morning.
Police believe 32-year-old Ikeie Smith is responsible for at least 34 criminal cases across metro Detroit.
He appeared in court for two separate felony cases in Wayne County.
The cases will now go to trial. He will be back on October 11.
Police say Smith broke into homes and sexually assault women.
