UPDATE: All Secretary of State branch offices are closing for the rest of the day because of the state government network outage. Late fees will be waived on expirations today if customers complete their transaction on the next business day.

Problems with the state of Michigan's computer network are causing issues with state services.

While it's not clear exactly what departments are affected, the Secretary of State's office says they are not able to process transactions because of the network problem.
