Police in Port Huron say a man fell into the Black River after a drone he was piloting crashed.
The drone crashed into a light pole and police say the man then fell into the river.
Rescuers arrived to help the man who was pulled from the Black River, near Port Huron's 7th Street Bridge.
There was no word from police as to whether the man was able to recover his crashed drone.
A reporter for Times Herald, Beth LeBlanc, tweeted video of the drone pilot as he walked away from the accident scene with firefighters.
