Popular Novi restaurant Kim's Garden closed this weekend after the owner and his wife pleaded guilty to charges of harboring undocumented immigrants.
We're told the restaurant closed and all of the assets are being sold off by Biddergy.
Five Mexican nationals were killed in a house fire on Jan. 31, 2016. They were living in Tam's basement and couldn't escape after the fire started.

We're told Tam and Lei provided the five men with housing and transportation to an from Kim's Garden as a condition of employment.
