LANSING, Mich. — There is an opening for the 58th District Representative for the Michigan House of Representatives

About Daren Wiseley
Daren Wiseley is running for State Representative in District 58.

“I’m running because I believe in liberty and the Constitution and I want to fight for the Conservative values we hold so dearly here in Branch and Hillsdale Counties.” Wiseley said.

After seeing the agenda Gov. Whitmer and the Lansing liberals are trying to push with the 45-cent gas tax, New York style abortion laws, and Second Amendment infringements, Wiseley couldn’t sit on the sideline anymore.

Wiseley is a lifelong district resident. He lettered three years in varsity baseball at Hillsdale High School. Wiseley then went on to pursue a bachelor’s degree and law degree. In law school Wiseley served as Vice President of the Public Interest Law Foundation, worked at the Hillsdale and Marion County Prosecutor’s Offices, the Indiana State Senate, and at a clinic for disabled veterans.

After graduating from Indiana University School of Law, Wiseley served as assistant prosecuting attorney for Hillsdale County Prosecutor’s Office. Wiseley now works in the private sector as a real estate professional for Century 21 Drews Realty in Branch and Hillsdale Counties. Wiseley is a Christian and attends Hillsdale United Brethren Church.

Wiseley is 100% pro-life, 100% pro-gun, and wants to help our working families and small businesses by cutting taxes and regulations. He won’t mince words on where he stands on the issues. He believes that his passion and principle will make him the right candidate, and he’s not afraid to fight for the values held in the district.

“I want to remind them up in Lansing that government is the servant, not the master.” Wiseley said.
