Two arsonists were caught on tape burning down a popular convenience store.
In the newly released surveillance video, you can see one of the men carrying some type of accelerant. The other man appeared to be acting as a lookout. Within seconds, the first man sets fire to the Sea of Liquor party store located on the 1500 block of State Fair.
The store is right near a neighborhood where many families live.
The heinous crime resulted in firefighters from both Detroit and Highland Park having to risk their lives to put out the flames.
The mid-December arson that occurred on a Thursday morning leaves the business totally destroyed.
The suspects fled the scene on foot.
Police are pleading with anyone who knows them to come forward right away before they can do this again.
