Nessel, state officials speak on public gathering restrictions, price gouging amid coronavirus concerns

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel, along with state health officials, held a press conference Sunday to discuss Gov. Gretchen Whitmer's executive order amid the coronavirus outbreak.

Officials discussed how the state will monitor and enforce public gathering restrictions, as well as consumer protection efforts on price gouging as people stockpile items and store shelves go bare in the event Michiganders must self-quarantine to limit spread of the virus.
