WMU Cooley constitutional law professor discusses how Biden inauguration will be different

WASHINGTON — Brendan Beery, a constitutional law professor at Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, says Biden and Harris’ inauguration will look different this year primarily because of the small crowd size and increased security.
