Nathaniel Abraham has been arrested for allegedly selling drugs in Pontiac.
Abraham, 33, has been charged with eight counts of delivery and manufacture of methamphetamine, a 20-year felony and one count of maintaining a drug house, a 2 year misdemeanor.
His attorney said Abraham allegedly sold the drugs to an undercover police officer. Police say an undercover officer purchased heroin and meth from Abraham on several different occasions during the investigation.
The Oakland County Sheriff's Department says Abraham was arrested at a home in the 200 block of Warwick in Pontiac as part of an investigation that began in early February 2019.
Officers conducted surveillance on the home during their investigation and took Abraham into custody during the execution of two search warrants on two homes on Warwick. They recovered meth, approximately $3,000 in cash, digital scales and documents during the search.
Abraham was convicted of murder when he was 11-years-old for using a stolen rifle to kill 18-year-old Ronnie Greene in Pontiac.
He was charged back in August for indecent exposure. During his arrest, he allegedly assaulted a deputy.
Abraham was arraigned in 47th District Court on three counts of delivery/manufacture of a controlled substance on Friday. His bond was set at $100,000. He is due back in court in that case on March 13.
Abraham is locked up in the Oakland County Jail pending arraignment on the remaining charges in Pontiac. He is scheduled to appear in court in Pontiac on Saturday.
