Having a baby is already stressful. Now, expectant moms are nervous for their own health, the health of their baby, and having to give birth in the hospital during COVID-19.

Shelly Farber, a health coach with Priority Health shares tips for mothers and babies on how to stay healthy and safe during these challenging times.
