LANSING, Mich. — This week on Michigan Made we are spotlighting the new Sleepwalker Spirits and Ale. Sleepwalker is located in the newly renovated property at 1101 S Washington, an existing structure which was transformed into a vibrant new mixed-use space in Lansing’s REO Town neighborhood.
LEAP’s entrepreneurship and innovation department helped Sleepwalker tap into the entrepreneurial ecosystem as the business grew out of the Allen Street Marketplace. Sleepwalker then found space on S Washington in a building owned by Super Fancy Too, LLC, which was recently renovated as a result of loan assistance from the Lansing Economic Development Corporation (LEDC) and a City of Lansing Obsolete Property Rehabilitation Act (OPRA) Certificate, approved by Lansing City Council and the State of Michigan Tax Commission in 2017.
Sleepwalker is now open for the public!
