Warren police have confirmed the 17-year-old who was shot in the neck Monday night has died.
Neighbors say a fight in Warren led to shots fired. They say they are fed up with the on-going fighting during the last few days on Paige near MacArthur in Warren.
Lisa Chapman says, "All of a sudden I heard a shot. I said here they go again."
Cell phone video shows some arguing on the street, leading to shoving. Neighbors say this was right before a few shots were fired.
Officers searched for clues for hours, taking photos, and finding at least two shell casings.
Neighbors believe it's time to move from the area, scared of what could go down next, fearing revenge.
A suspect is now in custody, according to police.
