A hearing in the sexual assault case for former Michigan State basketball star Mateen Cleaves continues on Monday morning in Flint.
It will be day three of the preliminary hearing which began last week. On Thursday, we heard from Cleaves' accuser for the first time.
She claims he forced himself on her last September at a motel near Flint after a golf outing.
The purpose of the hearing is to see if there's enough evidence to send Cleaves to trial.
