A man and woman are now facing assault charges in connection to the attack of a teen with Brittle Bone Disease.
Lazariea Dejanea Bacon, 21, of Warren and Raymond Lee Stewart III, 18, of Warren were arraigned on charges Wednesday.
Deszirae Jenkins, 16, was reportedly beaten with a brick following an argument at Jenkins' home.
The incident reportedly happened on Monday at an apartment near 8 Mile and Van Dyke in Warren.
Jenkins is in the hospital and her family members said she has at least seven broken bones.
A preliminary examination is scheduled for the pair on November 28.
