West Bloomfield police are asking for your help identifying and locating a man they say masturbated inside a store earlier this week.
According to police, loss prevention staff at the store observed the man walking around the store around 12:20 p.m. and masturbating.
It happened at the Kohl's on Orchard Lake.
Police say he appeared to be following and watching an unknown woman who was also inside the store.
When confronted by the loss prevention personnel, the man took off and ran out of the store.
The man is described as a black male, early 20s with short black hair, a short beard and mustache. He was wearing a black t-shirt, black pants and a black back pack. You can see photos of him above.
Anyone with information is asked to call police or 911.
