Man charged in Detroit police threats to appear in court today

A 49-year-old man from Detroit charged after allegedly spray-painting threats against Detroit police and Chief James Craig is expected to appear in court this morning. 

Stuart Horatio Lewis is facing charges including Threat of Terrorism felony charge, Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana and Malicious Destruction of a Building.

Lewis will be in court for his probable cause hearing. 

Lewis is accused of spray painting "KILL ALL POLICE" and "KILL JAMES CRAIG"  on a Detroit building located at 200 West State Fair.
