Ferndale police say the man accused of stealing a book of Michigan instant lottery tickets from a gas station in March has been arrested.
Police say Travis Courtney Gray, 37 of Detroit, turned himself in on Friday and was arraigned on a retail fraud charge.
Gray is accused of taking the book of about 30 Wild Time Gold tickets from a BP gas station on 8 Mile and Hilton Road on March 26 after distracting the clerk.
Police say Gray then tried to cash a winning ticket at a gas station in Detroit.
He was reportedly caught on surveillance video during both incidents.
