A new Mediterranean restaurant has opened in Holt, and it offers more than just a flavorful dining experience.
Zaytoon Mediterranean opened its second location in Holt, located at 1979 N. Aurelius Road, on Monday.

Owner and chef Sam Rashed, said they are excited for their newest location, and have made a couple changes that are different from their Lansing restaurant.
Rashed said that on the menu they offer a wide-variety of entrees, including chicken, beef and lamb chops. Also, everything is made from scratch. He also has gluten-free tabouli.
Hours are 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and they are closed on Sundays.
They also provide take out and a full-catering service for any occasion.
