A woman charged with murdering her mother by neglect will spend more than seven years behind bars.
Robin Sanford was sentenced today to 7 year and 2 months to 15 years in prison.
She pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter back in January.
Sanford's initial charges were reduced and dismissed after she took a plea deal.
Nearly two years ago, Nancy Belen was found with bed sores, a skin infection and covered in her own urine and feces.
She died a few days later.
Belen lives with Sanford at the Red Roof Inn in Delta Township.
Robin's son, Tyler, was charged with felony murder and vulnerable adult abuse.
He's due in court later this month.
