The woman who caused an accident that killed a Michigan State University student last fall has been sentenced, but not to jail time.

He was then hit head-on by a truck.

Kelley Lange will spent two years on probation, pay almost $1,900 in fines, and do 24-days of community service. She pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor count of "moving violation causing death".
