Police don't suspect foul play after a 62-year-old woman was hit and killed by an Amtrak train in Lansing Saturday night. It happened at the tracks between Washington Ave. and Cedar Street around 9 p-m.
Police are investigating, but say the woman was alone at the time. She was pronounced dead at a local hospital.
The train was delayed for over an hour, but the tracks were re-opened after. Lansing Police tell us they'll be releasing more information.
We'll be sure to give you an update when that happens.
