A woman is in serious condition at the hospital after she was hit by a car in the 2100 block of West Hillsdale Street in Lansing around 6:30 p.m. Thursday night.
The Lansing Police Department tells FOX 47 that there was an altercation before the woman was hit.
Police found the suspected vehicle empty in the 1800 block of Rundle Street in Lansing.
The vehicle was empty and it was towed away so that a crime scene unit can look at it for evidence.
No arrests have been made.
