A woman is dragged by a car after thieves snatch her purse in Tampa last week.
The video shows one of the suspects in the white shirt on his phone.
The woman leaves the store and is waiting for the rain to stop when the man runs by, grabs her purse and jumps into a get-away car.
In seconds, the woman catches up with the car and is able to reach into the car and get her purse back.
She scraped her knees and hurt her arm after being dragged for a few feet.
Police are hoping the video helps the capture the purse snatcher and the driver.
