A woman charged with murdering her mother by neglect has cut a deal with prosecutors.
Robin Sanford pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter and will be sentenced in March.
We first told you about her almost two years ago. That's when Nancy Belen was found with bed sores, a skin infection, and covered in her own urine and feces.
She died a few days later.
Belen lived with Sanford at the Red Roof Inn in Delta Township.
Charges against Sanford's son were dropped.
