LANSING, Mich. — Lansing Police say a woman was arrested for stealing a car from RPM Auto Sales in Lansing.

They are still determining what to charge her with other than the auto theft, according to Lansing Police Chief Mike Yankowski.

News 10 spoke to the woman who was in her car with her two young children when the carjacking took place.

"My car was over here and she came out walking, and I honestly though she was coming to say hi to me because I knew her from school. She just hops in the car and says I don't know what I am getting myself into. She just takes off with the car. All the way from Grand River to Cedar, she almost crashed us a few times. I kept telling her that I am pregnant, I got my kids in the car. Please let us out somewhere. I was just really scared i Just did not know what to do, I was just in shock that It was happening, I didn't know what to do and I just kept asking her, you either got to get out and run somewhere and let me take the car back, or you let me and the kids out.
