A woman and her baby are in the hospital tonight after police say they were hit by a car when it backed into them.
It happened just after 8 o'clock in the 800 block of West Willow in Lansing.
Police tell News 10 a 26-year-old woman was backing up and did not see a 21-year-old woman carrying her one-year-old and hit them.
The woman suffered a broken leg and the baby got a few scrapes.
The accident is under investigation.
