One of two Clinton County men who pled guilty to child pornography charges will be sentenced today.
43-year-old Kenneth Thelen of Westphalia plead guilty to one count of attempting to produce child porn and one count of possessing child pornography.
Thelen allegedly received photos of a sexual assault on a 9-year-old from a 52-year-old Terry Plowman. Thelen faces up to 5 years in prison at his sentencing today.
Plowman pled guilty to producing child porn and fourth degree sexual conduct. He was sentenced to 8-20 years in prison earlier this month.
