An online Michigan Voter Information Center is available for voters to prepare for the potentially long ballot in November.

Voters can find their sample ballot at Michigan.gov/vote.

"This website, a comprehensive source for voter information, makes it easy for residents to find out everything they need to know ahead of the Nov. 8 general election," says Secretary of State Ruth Johnson.

The website is able to tell residents if they are registered to vote, helps them find their polling place, and explains how to use voting equipment. Voters can also learn how to contact their local clerk in order to apply for an absentee ballot.
