Watch LIVE starting at 9:30 AM as the Senate Judiciary Committee will hold its first hearing with Brett Kavanaugh, President Trump's second nominee to the U.S. Supreme Court.
HEARING ORDER:
- Start time @ approx 9:30AM ET (Level 2 begins)
- Nominee will be seated at witness table for opening statements from the committee.
- Opening statements from the Chairman/Ranking Member will be untimed. After Grassley and Feinstein make their remarks, we will end the Level 2.
- 10 minutes each for members in order of seniority and alternating parties.
- Introducers are seated and speak in this order: Rice, Portman, Blatt. (5 minutes each).
- Nominee returns to table and the oath administered.
- Nominee provides opening statement
- Committee recesses for the day
