If you're thinking about getting pregnant again, within a year of having a child, you may want to reconsider.

A new study finds waiting at least 12 months between pregnancies lowers health risks not just for the baby, but for the mother as well. Experts also say the risk of death for women who get pregnant less than 12 months after delivery is higher in those over the age of 35.
