New regulations could soon be coming for medical marijuana shops in Lansing. City council has finally set a date for next week to vote on an ordinance.
Council sent out an updated agenda for it's meeting Thursday September, 7, including the marijuana ordinance vote.
It has taken more than a year and several ordinance drafts for council to get to this point.
The ordinance would put a cap on the number of dispensaries allowed in the city and create a licensing process.
