HASLETT, Mich. — The Bharatiya Hindu Temple of Lansing held its annual Interfaith Vigil for world peace on January 1.
The program included Vedic Havan followed by the light lunch.
The Temple has been holding this vigil for past 21 years on every New Year Day.
The event was open to the public and drew over 100 attendees.
Interfaith Vigils have been held across the nation after the Pittsburgh Synagogue shooting in 2018.
