A 33-year-old woman hit by a car is in stable condition after she was hit in the 2100 block of West Hillsdale Street in Lansing around 6:45 p.m. Thursday night.
The Lansing Police Department told News 10 that there was an altercation before she was hit and that many people were at the scene.
They say there were two families involved. The driver of the car that left the scene was a 32-year-old female. Police say as she left, she hit the victim.
Police found the driver's vehicle at her home in the 1800 block of Rundle Street in Lansing.
The vehicle was empty and towed away so that a crime scene unit could look at it for evidence.
The driver was arrested for felonious assault.
