Before Larry Nassar is sentenced on federal child pornography charges next month, he will hear how the crime affected his victims.
Six people are expected to make in-person victim-impact statements at his sentencing in federal court on December 7.
Court documents filed Monday show Nassar's attorneys have no objection to the U.S. Attorney's motion seeking permission for five people identified as Child3, Child4, Child8, Child34 and Child51 to give a victim impact statement. The mother of one child is also expected to speak.
Nassar is expected to change his not guilty plea in Ingham County Circuit Court on Wednesday. A similar hearing for Eaton County has been set for November 29. News 10 will be in court tomorrow and will have updates on what happened throughout the day.
