Eaton County Deputies from Delta Patrol have recovered some equipment that was stolen from a Lansing Boy Scout troop.
Deputies were responding to a found property complaint on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 around 7:45 a.m. An Eaton County Road Commission employee found a stack of camping equipment at the entrance of Delta Mills Park.
Police contacted the Boy Scout Troop who confirmed the equipment belonged to them. The scout leader says that the found items were only part of the equipment that was stored in the trailer.
If anyone sees any type of scouting equipment or has any information about the incident, they are asked to contact their local law enforcement agency.
