A Lansing man was arraigned on Monday on four counts in district court.
Dennis Keith Wardlaw, 29, was charged with the following:
Count 1: Assault with intent to Murder
Count 2: Felonious Assault
Count 3: Weapons Offense – Felon in possession
Count 4: Weapons Offense – Felony Firearm
Habitual – 2nd
His bond was set at $150,000.00.
He is the suspect in a shooting that took place over the weekend in the 200 block of S. Washington Ave. around 1:30 in the morning on Sunday.
A 21-year-old from Grand Rapids was shot and is at the hospital.
Wardlaw is next scheduled in 54-A District court on October 5 at 1:00 p.m. for a Probable Cause Conference.
